The Pour Must Go On

Antlers Bar, established in 1932, proudly holds the title of the longest continuously operating bar in North Carolina. While the fire has temporarily paused Bistro Roca and its bar from operating as usual, the spirit of Antlers is very much alive.

To keep that legacy going, the bar must continue serving on the original property at least every 90 days.

Saturday, April 25, we’ll be gathering at the original Bistro Roca location (143 Wonderland Trail) for a simple, spirited setup. A keg, a tent, and good company. Just enough to keep the tradition flowing.

The Legacy Lives On

Antler’s Bar has built its reputation over decades. Continuity is part of that story.

Following the recent fire, a little creativity is required to help preserve its title as North Carolina’s longest continuously serving bar.

These gatherings allow us to maintain that continuity while we work toward rebuilding.

Be Part of the Tradition

Each gathering is made possible through the support of our sponsors. Your contribution helps cover the simple essentials that bring the experience to life.

As a thank you, each sponsor will be featured on a commemorative T-shirt and will receive one as part of their support.

Shirts will also be available for purchase for those who would like to take home a piece of the tradition.

Whether you’re interested in sponsoring, attending, or supporting future Saturdays, we welcome your involvement.
Contact us at social.bistro.roca@gmail.com for more information on how you can be part of it.

Back-to-Roca Saturdays

It’s been 90 days and we are still smoking!

This first Saturday, April 25th, sets the tone with a laid-back afternoon of barbecue and live music.

Join us at the original Bistro Roca property for a casual gathering featuring a simple BBQ spread, cold beer on tap, and a live band bringing easy, familiar rhythms. Good food, good music, and a chance to be part of keeping the tradition going.

We hope to see you there!
