Bistro Roca’s historic building on Wonderland Trail was destroyed by a fire on January 25, 2026. Following the closure of that location, the restaurant began serving guests at its sister property, Hellbender Bed & Beverage, on February 27, 2026. Guests can still enjoy the Bistro Roca experience there, with the restaurant’s staff and many of its favorite menu items.
Bistro Roca plans to rebuild at the original Wonderland Trail site and aims to reopen in 2027 once construction is complete.

Bistro Roca’s hours at Hellbender Bed & Beverage are:
Monday through Friday: 11:00 AM–3:30 PM and 4:30 PM–8:30 PM
Saturday and Sunday: 10:30 AM–3:30 PM and 4:30 PM–8:30 PM
Bistro Roca is closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
These hours are current based on Bistro Roca’s published schedule. It’s always a good idea to call ahead or check online before planning your visit.

Yes. You can use Bistro Roca gift cards at the temporary location inside Hellbender Bed & Beverage, where Bistro Roca is currently serving guests.

Hellbender and Bistro Roca at the Sunset Drive location have on‑site parking, but spaces are limited.

At this time, Bistro Roca does not offer biscuits on the menu. The focus is on maintaining Bistro Roca’s core lunch, dinner, and brunch offerings while operating from Hellbender.
