The Pour Must Go On
Antlers Bar, established in 1932, proudly holds the title of the longest continuously operating bar in North Carolina. While the fire has temporarily paused Bistro Roca and its bar from operating as usual, the spirit of Antlers is very much alive.
To keep that legacy going, the bar must continue serving at regular intervals.
Saturday, June 13, we’ll be gathering at Hellbender’s Bed & Beverage parking lot. Just enough to keep the tradition flowing.
The Slow Burn
Because rebuilding takes forever, but the beer is already cold.
Join us this Saturday, June 13, for the latest gathering in our Local Legacy Series.
From 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Hellbender’s Bed & Beverage (239 Sunset Dr., Blowing Rock), we'll come together once again to celebrate the history, stories, and traditions that have shaped our community.
As home to North Carolina's longest continuously serving bar, every Local Legacy event helps carry that history forward.
We hope you'll join us.
The Legacy Lives On
Antler’s Bar has built its reputation over decades. Continuity is part of that story.
Following the recent fire, a little creativity is required to help preserve its title as North Carolina’s longest continuously serving bar.
These gatherings allow us to maintain that continuity while we work toward rebuilding.
Each gathering is made possible through the support of our sponsors. Your contribution helps cover the simple essentials that bring the experience to life.
As a thank you, each sponsor will be featured on a commemorative T-shirt and will receive one as part of their support.
Shirts will also be available for purchase for those who would like to take home a piece of the tradition.
Be Part of the Tradition
Whether you’re interested in sponsoring, attending, or supporting future Saturdays, we welcome your involvement.
