The Pour Must Go On
Antlers Bar, established in 1932, proudly holds the title of the longest continuously operating bar in North Carolina. While the fire has temporarily paused Bistro Roca and its bar from operating as usual, the spirit of Antlers is very much alive.
To keep that legacy going, the bar must continue serving at regular intervals.
Sunday, August 9, we’ll be gathering at the Blowing Rock American Legion. Just enough to keep the tradition flowing.

Join us this Sunday, August 9, for the latest gathering in our Local Legacy Series.
From 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Blowing Rock American Legion (333 Wallingford St.), we'll come together once again to celebrate the history, stories, and traditions that have shaped our community.
While the foundation of Bistro Roca is taking shape, so is another opportunity to gather. Enjoy beer provided by Booneshine Brewing Company and Blowing Rock Brewing, barbecue from Feral BBQ, and live music by Devin Lacey.
Because some foundations are worth rebuilding. We hope to see you there!
The Legacy Lives On
Antler’s Bar has built its reputation over decades. Continuity is part of that story.
Following the recent fire, a little creativity is required to help preserve its title as North Carolina’s longest continuously serving bar.
These gatherings allow us to maintain that continuity while we work toward rebuilding.

As a thank you, each sponsor will be featured on a commemorative T-shirt and will receive one as part of their support.
Shirts will also be available for purchase for those who would like to take home a piece of the tradition.
