The Pour Must Go On
Antlers Bar, established in 1932, proudly holds the title of the longest continuously operating bar in North Carolina. While the fire has temporarily paused Bistro Roca and its bar from operating as usual, the spirit of Antlers is very much alive.
To keep that legacy going, the bar must continue serving at regular intervals.
Sunday, October 4, we’ll be gathering at the Blowing Rock American Legion. Just enough to keep the tradition flowing.

Sunday, October 4, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. at the Blowing Rock American Legion (333 Wallingford St.) for our next Local Legacy gathering. Grab a drink, swap a story, catch up with familiar faces, and help us keep the Antlers Bar tradition alive.
After all, a bar that’s been pouring since 1932 isn’t going to let a little rebuilding interrupt its streak.
The Legacy Lives On
Antler’s Bar has built its reputation over decades. Continuity is part of that story.
Following the recent fire, a little creativity is required to help preserve its title as North Carolina’s longest continuously serving bar.
These gatherings allow us to maintain that continuity while we work toward rebuilding.
